Some of my most memorable activations involved setting up branded pop-ups, managing complex AV installations, and overseeing large-scale immersive experiences. From coordinating with multiple vendors and aligning on high standards to handling AV, lighting, and interactive elements, every aspect required a seamless fusion of creativity and technical skill to deliver a polished, engaging experience. Maintaining clear communication with clients, adapting quickly to on-site needs, and having backup plans ready were essential parts of bringing each activation to life.
